Lucy has a fascination with the human frame. How it is put together, how it moves and how it heals. She loves the challenge of ensuring it is working to its full potential.

It was her love of fitness that first drove Lucy to become a Personal Trainer back in 2014, but she soon realised that this was only a small part of the picture. She began training in Pilates and was astounded by the many physical and psychological benefits she could see and feel in a relatively short period of time and it was this that led her to qualify as a teacher with Polestar Pilates.

As a mother of three young children she understands the importance of maintaining strength during and post-pregnancy. With huge physical, emotional and hormonal changes, helping new mothers to feel in control has become a huge part of her speciality.

Lucy combines her technical knowledge and varied training methods to improve strength, maintain balance, increase flexibility and enhance endurance.
